My wife and family want to return back to Mexico at some point down the road(10 years or so from now) and we want to build a home in the land that they have there. Since I have my felony I cannot help my wife get papers and my family doesn’t see the “American Dream” here anymore, they want to go back. I’m going to appeal the courts when the time comes around(tier registry), I’m going to try to remove myself from it, if possible! Can I go to Mexico and live there with my wife and family if they help me get papers to live in Mexico? Or because I’m on the registry, I cannot? My wife tells me that when the time comes, hopefully I no longer have to register and we can have some type of a normal life. She says that if not possible, we need to leave to Mexico and start over because having this “Scarlett Letter” is no a way to live!
Does anyone know of a good civil defense attorney that is familiar with sex crimes in the Inland Empire? The statute of limitations for civil litigation would have expired next year in my case. I was served Saturday with a summons. The plaintiff attorney has asked for $17 million. I think we are going to see more and more of this because it seems to be the trend. Anyway, I will post periodically in general comments to keep you all updated. Maybe I can share what I learn along the way with those of you who might face the same situation. Again, any leads for an attorney would be helpful. I’m having a hard time finding one. It never ends, does it?
Wohoo! The Texas bi-annual legislative session is ending today until Jan 2027. No more bad bills against registered people until 2027. Is nice to have a little time without lawmakers trying to make our lives worse.
I forgot to bookmark the article listing the federal agency email to send notice of removal from registry. I will applying for me new passport and want to be sure it doesn’t get screwed up. Can anyone assist me with that email.

I was just touching base about the suggested tier changes that the board was going to make to congress. Has there been any movement in regards to this?
Thiel hinted in comments he made that the new 300 data point dossier being created by his company for the Trump administration for every person in the US (which will include our financial, medical, criminal, and social media information) the profile could be used to come after those who do not vote the “correct” way or who do not publicly voice the “correct” opinion. It was hinted that blackmail could be used. It will be easy to pressure many people including many registered people who do not want the label exposed. Thiel has publicly made it clear for years he opposes democracy and wants an authoritarian regime with an oligarchy.
I guess we all now have one more thing to be concerned about – having the gov using the label against us.
What follows next falls under the collateral and blatant discrimination, shunning and snubbing concerns and issues associated with being “assigned” this label.

I have a few branches in several tall trees I need removed that are hanging over my house. I’m getting ready to have a new 10k shingle roof installed and the roofer told me it would be advantageous and preventative to do so.
As soon as I ask for someone on the phone to come out and give me an estimate, several days will pass and NOTHING. I’ve contacted 6 different companies and they all make up excuses, play dumb and give the run around. “We’re backed up right now.” “One of our employees turned his ankle the other day..” Which is all TOTAL BS! I even gave them a FAKE first and last name, but as soon as they key in the directions out to my house, they’re no doubt bombarded with YOU KNOW WHAT.
I know this may seem trite and funny, but I’m actually getting ghosted and flaked out on because Google is telling them I’m the bad guy.
I personally think they just don’t want to risk all the negativity and controversy that would happen if someone randomly commented on their Instagram – i.e. “Did you check who lives there?” Most companies post the jobs they do on social media with yards, houses and whatnot.
Even if I DID find someone willing to come out, they would most likely over-charge me.
This is one of the many reasons why the registry is a complete disservice to society.
Sharing this here because you all will know just what I’m feeling – the stupid injustice of it all, and I realize this is a minor injustice compared to what many PFRs have suffered through and will continue to suffer through, but please indulge me so I can relieve my sadness.
My PFR son, who was arrested 5 years ago for possession of illegal images, completed his sentence and continues to have therapy for porn / sex addiction (call it what you want, I don’t want to argue about it) and OCD. He bright, super funny, articulate, excellent writer, loves sports and is very caring and forgiving of other people’s flaws. All that not good enough, says society.
He finally got a part-time job 8 mos ago. Very low pay, but he liked it and was doing well. They gave him more hours, just enough to not have to pay benefits, but we were fine with it because he was out in the world being appropriately social, keeping busy, and making some $. They gave him more responsibilities because he’s educated and intelligent and reliable and not the usual candidate they get for a minimum wage type job.
Well, this week they “found out”. They never did a background check when hired. He never ever lied, they just never asked. His boss (who likes him) was super apologetic on the phone call this week telling him not to come to work. His boss confirmed this is not about his work or any accusations, but is about what happened 5 years ago. Said it’s out of his hands.
So a kid had an image years ago and let’s not let him redeem himself ever or get a job ever or find housing ever. Yeah, that’s smart. That’s the way to make the world a better safer place. All we (people in general) like to do is point fingers, accuse, judge…until we are the ones being judged. Condemned forever. A lifetime punishment.
Well f@ck them all. That’s how I feel right now. Need time to get back to higher ground.
As you may know, if you have followed the forum recently, I have posted some articles and recent judicial considerations regarding LE and homes when it comes to Qual Immunity and their ability to be held accountable, especially when it comes to the wrong address. If they can’t do their homework properly and verify it before executing the planned action, then they shouldn’t be in the job.
Given that, I found this today which is some vindication for a homeowner financially because LE went too far…in Texas no less. It is also an important lesson I have learned recently here in the forum about the US Constitution, the State Constitution, and their difference which can be used to the person’s favor. One of the forum members here hammers continually, as a reminder, the CA constitution can be used to challenge things should people want to try. Others across the nation should look into that method as well to start challenging things using CA challenges and other states where successfully applicable.

I just got a text saying I was in violation of Nebraska’s DMV codes. I haven’t lived in Nebraska for the past 11 years and even though I still have my Nebraska license I don’t use it. Gave me a chuckle for another scam gone wild.
